When roasting coffee, we try to highlight the inherent flavor of the coffee as it is. That flavor is affected by a variety of variables, from where it was grown, how it was processed, how long ago it was harvested, how it is roasted, how it is prepared, and how it is enjoyed. We take every step in that process seriously, striving for the most enjoyable coffee experience for our customers.

We think of coffee in the way a wine drinker thinks of wine. We look for nuances and subtle hints of flavors. Each coffee we roast is carefully cupped and evaluated for its unique qualities. We then test in multiple brewing methods and ratios to find what we feel best highlights the specific coffee. Whether it is extracted on our high end craft-built Slayer Espresso machine as a single origin espresso or a simple french press on your kitchen counter, we love introducing people to the real flavor of coffee.

We've created a space completely custom and crafted by us or with the help of our friends. We poured our hearts out on this one. Our coffee bar sets the stage for the art of extraction and lets you meet the people with the skill it takes to provide you that amazing cup of coffee. Our roasting room is on display and you can even sit and watch the roaster at work while the aroma of freshly roasted coffee fills the air. There are community tables inside that allow for study, work, and the chance to meet a friend, or make a new one! The PATIO on the side of our building and creates extra seating and an environment we hope you can pause to gather your thoughts and enjoy the people in your life that make life awesome.
